RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We’re committed to delivering high-quality prints and finishes across every order. 

In the rare event something isn’t right, we’ll review it promptly and fairly in line with the policy below.

Returns

If you believe your item is faulty or has a production issue, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) by emailing support@stickstitchstudio.com.au with:
•    your name
•    order number
•    date of purchase
•    item(s) you’d like to return
•    a brief description of the fault or issue
•    clear photos highlighting the problem

Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of RMA approval

What Can Be Returned

Returns are accepted only for items that are:
•    faulty, damaged, or have a print/manufacturing error
•    unused, unworn, and free from marks (including makeup or wear)
•    returned in original condition and packaging

Sizing deviations beyond ±2.5cm, or print placement outside ±2–3cm, may be assessed as faulty.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
•    change of mind
•    errors in approved artwork or proofs
•    artwork that isn’t print-ready
•    incorrect garment size selections
•    courier delays or supplier stock delays
•    courier errors once dispatched to the correct address

Please note:
•    colours may vary from screen to print
•    pantone codes must be supplied for colour matching
•    payment of an order confirms approval of artwork, quantities, and delivery details

Cancellations

Orders placed online move into production immediately.

For this reason, orders cannot be edited, changed, or cancelled once submitted.

BYO & Supplied Garments

Garments supplied by customers are accepted at the customer’s risk.

While print errors are rare, we’re unable to replace or reimburse BYO garments if an issue occurs during production.

For peace of mind, we recommend selecting from our product range, where replacements can be sourced if needed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Warranty & Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or credit if goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care, or use outside intended purpose are not considered defects.
